Quin Collins, Executive Director

Quin joined Redwood Foundation for Education in February 2018. She was born and raised in Grants Pass, Oregon and is a graduate of Grants Pass High School. She received a Bachelor of Science from Oregon State University and a Master’s in Management from Southern Oregon University.

She comes to the foundation with over a decade of experience in nonprofit administration and is passionate about developing opportunities for the community to invest in students and schools.

Quin is an active member of the community and current member of the Grants Pass School District 7 Budget Committee, Grants Pass Kiwanis Club, and the Rotary Club of Grants Pass. She currently serves on the Boards of the Nonprofit Association of Oregon, Neighborhood Partnerships, the Rotary Club of Grants Pass, and the Three Rivers Community Orchestra.

Sylvia Marr, Administrative Assistant

Sylvia Marr is the newest addition to Redwood Foundation for Education. She attended Hidden Valley High School and is a recent graduate of Willamette University (with the help of a few Redwood scholarships). While in college, she played on the tennis team, worked as a Resident Advisor, and held a variety of positions in and around the Oregon State Legislature.
Sylvia works as an administrative assistant to the Executive Director and is excited to be a part of the Redwood team.
