- Award: $500
- Eligibility: Graduating senior from any Josephine County public high school
- Selection Criteria: Student must plan to major in Manufacturing Technology or similar field, includes but is not limited to: CNC machining, welding, auto shop and/or mechanics of any type, robotics, construction, blueprint and CAD programming.
- Use of Funds: May be used at any accredited two- or four-year colleges, trade or technical schools, or for training in an accredited apprenticeship program. Scholarship checks are mailed directly to the recipients’ post-secondary education program. Scholarship funds may also be used to reimburse students for required books and school supplies with advanced approval.
- About the Scholarship: Established in 2013 to honor the memory of Rip Rapose, a former CNC machining instructor at RCC for many years.
