- About This Scholarship: The GPHS Vocal Music Department invested funds with JCEF (now RFE) to endow a periodic scholarship. One award has been given annually since 1986. Ron Hollensted was a former Choir Director at GPHS for nearly 30 years and the vocal music department at GPHS wished to honor him. The scholarship was established in his name to recognize an outstanding vocal music student.
