379. Maxine Fender Athletic Scholarship – Additional Letter of Recommendation Required
- Award: $1500
- Eligibility: Graduating senior female athlete at Grants Pass High School
- Selection Criteria: Scholarship will be awarded to an outstanding female athlete. Consideration will be given for financial need.
- Additional Criteria: One letter of recommendation from a GPHS Women’s Athletic Coach
- Use of Funds: May be used at any accredited two- or four-year colleges for tuition, books and fees. Scholarship checks are mailed directly to the recipients’ post-secondary education program.
- About the Scholarship: Established in 2019 by the Maxine Fender Trust. Maxine Fender was inducted into the Grants Pass High School Hall of Fame in 2017. GPHS Hall of Fame
