409. Grants Pass Clinic Scholarship
- Award: Two $1,000 awards
- Eligibility: Graduating seniors from GPHS, HVHS, IVHS, and NVHS
- GPA: 2.75 and above
- Selection Criteria: Interest in pursuing a health care career. Planning to attend an accredited two- or four-year college, community college, or technical school.
- Use of Funds: May be used at any accredited two- or four-year colleges, trade or technical schools, or for training in a federally accredited or state licensed or approved apprenticeship program. Scholarship checks are mailed directly to the recipients’ post-secondary education program. Scholarship funds may also be used to reimburse students for required books and school supplies with advanced approval.
