649. Slagle Family Scholarship
- Award: Multiple $500 Awards
- Eligibility: Graduating senior from Grants Pass High School
- GPA: 3.0 and above recommended.
- Selection Criteria: Awarded on the basis of need, academic ability (at least 3.0 GPA, but not absolute), involvement in extra-curricular activities and/or work experience, character and citizenship. Must be pursuing a degree in education or professional/technical fields (e.g. X-ray technician, dental hygiene).
- Use of Funds: May be used at any accredited two- or four-year colleges, or a federally accredited or state licensed or approved trade or technical school. Scholarship checks are mailed directly to the recipients’ post-secondary education program. Scholarship funds may also be used to reimburse students for required books and school supplies with advanced approval.
