681. Trinity Home Care Scholarship
- Award: Up to three awards annually, $1,000-$5,000
- Eligibility: Graduating seniors in Josephine County and Rogue River
- GPA: 3.0 and above
- Selection Criteria: Students planning a career in the medical field. Preference for students that have participated in the Trinity Home Care Volunteer Program. Need, academic ability, character and citizenship, involvement in extra-curricular activities and/or work experience are considered.
- Use of Funds: May be used at any accredited two- or four-year colleges, trade or technical schools, or for training in an accredited apprenticeship program. Scholarship checks are mailed directly to the recipients’ post-secondary education program. Scholarship funds may also be used to reimburse students for required books and school supplies with advanced approval.
