Class of 2023 Grants Pass High School graduate Jacob Pirosko graduated summa cum laude from University of Arizona in the spring of 2026 with Bachelor’s degrees in both History and Global Studies. He will begin law school this fall.
Jacob is excited to embark on this new journey, where he hopes to combine his passions for history and global affairs into a meaningful career in international law. With his impressive academic background, he’s ready to tackle the challenges ahead and make a difference on a global scale.
The scholarships Jacob received allowed him to gain experience in many fields he would not have had the opportunity to otherwise through unpaid internships in Senator Mark Kelly’s office as well as with U.S. Attorney’s office for the District of Arizona.
Jacob wants younger students to always remain open to learning opportunities that come their way – “Do not fear rejection, and establish relationships with professors, mentors, and anyone you can learn from!”
